Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each customer and our cleaning professionals commit their schedules and travel time to each appointment, Simply Home Cleaning requires at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service price. This fee also applies when a cleaning professional has already departed for or arrived at the service address and the appointment cannot be completed due to circumstances outside of Simply Home Cleaning’s control.
By scheduling or confirming a cleaning appointment with Simply Home Cleaning, whether online, by phone, text message, or through a third-party lead source, you acknowledge our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
